Billing

All payments must be received in advance.
Our due date is always the first of the month.
We email our invoices 15 days prior to the first month to give time to mail checks.
If an invoice has not been paid within 30 days of due date, services will be suspended until payment is made.

We do not allow content that contains or promotes the following topics: pornography of any kind, satanic material, occult and witchcraft, profanity, violence, discrimination of race, gender or ethnic background, nudity, hate groups and related ideals, various types of adult content, slanderous/libelous content, gambling/paid lotteries, illegal activities/products, instructional material for illegal/destructive activities and/or products, immoral views, or content not approved for viewing by children.
 

Limited Liability

In no event shall Church of Christ Web Hosting & Design be held liable for any charges due to loss of data, loss of revenue, cost of coverage or any other special, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of theory of liability.
 

Scriptural Authority

In a perfect Christian world, we would all be teaching and preaching the same information straight out of the Bible. But, since the world is so far from perfect, we can only do our best and pray you do your best to ensure we all hold fast to that which is good (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Therefore, our policies must be as follows:
If, in the course of our doing business, we discover that you are teaching what we consider to be doctrine which we cannot support in good conscience (for example, instrumental music, choirs or praise teams, women in positions of authority, or children's worship), we will withdraw our services. We will be using the Bible to make our decisions to the best of our ability, and with counsel from those whom we know and trust. We are sure you would feel the same way. Having stated this gives us the satisfaction of being fair and open with you, and obligates us to be responsible to our Lord in working for Him and not for men primarily. May God bless us all as we seek to be responsible and faithful to His will.
